5. If the specific gravity of the material is large or the number of screen meshes is high, a supporting net with a suitable mesh number should be added under the linear vibrating screen. 6. After the net rack is installed in the box as required, remember to extend the grown screen into the corresponding discharge port to avoid mixing.

7. When installing the pressure plate, be sure to pay attention to its flatness, and line it with a highly elastic sponge sealing belt to lock it evenly, because this is not only the key to prevent the occurrence of mixing level, but also an important factor affecting the service life of the screen.

8. After installing the linear vibrating screen, first use a little material to test the cloth and sieving condition of the sieve. If the material is evenly forwarded, the classification is accurate, and there is no mixing, then it can be used; otherwise, if When unevenness such as deviation or stacking occurs, the flatness and uniformity of the screen surface of the screener should be adjusted.
